The tools available for teachers (and everyone!) to use are growing, both in number and quality, so fast. This was a great introduction to using all these developing technologies to improve student engagement and outcomes.

For the video lesson I went with old school tech of pen and paper (though I did record it with more advanced tech), portraying one of the most important encounters for a traveler: ordering food!
